Sadly, it didn’t fit at all. Like, not even close. The sizing just seems way off.

Maybe it’s just me, but I had a frustrating time trying to get help. The replies took a while, and it felt like my question kept getting passed from one person to another without anyone really sorting it out. I still don’t feel like it was properly resolved, so I probably wouldn’t order again.

I was in a bit of a rush when I ordered, and the website was easy to figure out overall. The only annoying part was checkout, which felt slower than I expected, and I had to reload the page once. I did get my order confirmation without any issues though, so it wasn’t a big deal. Not bad, just wish it was a little smoother.

I ordered from Magpie Jewellery and the delivery was slow, honestly. I didn’t get many clear updates either, so I was pretty much just waiting around wondering when it would show up. The item was fine once it arrived, but the shipping delay was annoying.

I’ve been waiting forever for my delivery and it still hasn’t shown up. The updates have been vague at best, every time I try to get answers I just feel like a ticket number instead of an actual customer. Frustrating experience.

It does look really pretty, and at first I was like, okay, I’m happy with this. But then I kept noticing the clasp, and it feels a little cheaper than I expected. Not a dealbreaker, but I do wish the quality felt a bit better.

I was a bit disappointed with the styles on Magpie Jewellery. From the photos, I expected the pieces to feel more modern, but a lot of them came across as kind of old-fashioned and bulky in person.
I can see how some customers might like that look if they’re into more traditional jewellery, but for people wanting something current and easy to wear every day, I don’t think the designs really hit the mark

I was hoping warranty help would be straightforward, but it ended up being frustrating. Aftercare was slow to respond, and even my basic request didn’t seem to get acknowledged. I didn’t expect much, just some clear help, but the support really wasn’t useful.

I ordered these earrings because they looked silver in the pictures, but in person they were more of a dull grey and smaller than I expected from the listing. The stone colour was also different, which was a bit disappointing. They were packaged fine, to be fair, but the return process took longer than I’d hoped, so overall it wasn’t a great experience for me

I ordered from magpiejewellery.com because the photos made the pieces look really nice, and for the price I expected them to feel a bit more special. When they arrived, I had that sinking feeling like I’d been taken in by nice pictures more than the actual product.
The jewellery felt light and cheap in person, almost like something I could’ve found elsewhere for less. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that I’d been a bit fooled, and for what I paid, it just didn’t feel worth it.
